mass animation - founed by Yair Landau - is introducing a new production model in the animation world : a virtual animation studio with an open invitation to artists around the world to collaborate in creating animation through an inovating facebook application that gives them access to all necessary tools.

"Live Music" - an animation short - was mass animation's first project with over 58000 participants. 51 artists' work was chosen for the final film, heralding from 17 defferent countries.

The next step was games. In coolaboration with with DC Universe online they sent an invitation to the animators around the world, to animate some of the coolest heroes and villains, in order to create a cinematic trailer and in game animations for the DC online game. 65 artists were chosen for the final DC Universe online projects from over 20 countries.
